The AeroPress® Original Coffee Maker uses gentle air pressure brewing to yield incredibly rich flavored coffee without bitterness and with lower acidity.
In 1 minute you can brew between 1 to 3 cups of coffee per press. With the AeroPress® you can brew both regular American style coffee and espresso style coffee. Unlike other presses, the micro filters used with the AeroPress® remove all sediment and grit from your cup along with any bitterness normally retained in the coffee oils.

Coffee degasses for several days after roasting and this process varies by the type of coffee and by roast. If your sampler contains bags that are "puffed up" in appearance, it means that the coffee beans were packaged and sealed soon after roasting and continued the degassing process within the bag.

"Having been a French press brewer for years I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical about the AeroPress, how could a plastic tube ever make better coffee than the tried and true French Press? I read the glowing reviews about AeroPress with a bit of skepticism but decided it was well worth the minimal investment to have even a chance of brewing the ultimate cup of coffee. Getting the AeroPress process down was a snap and it wasn't long before I was relishing the very best cup of coffee that I have ever personally brewed, and that is not hyperbole. Side by side with French Press coffee, each brewed to absolute spec, the difference wasn’t even subtle… the AeroPress coffee was incredible, way smoother with none of the bitterness that I had come to believe was just inherent to coffee no matter how it was brewed.
