Brazil Minas Gerais - Roasted Coffee

Our Brazil Minas Gerais is a luscious offering with notes of orange zest and brown sugar. Though mild-bodied and gently acidic, this coffee is deeply fragrant and produces a fruity, berry-heavy mid-palate flavor and striking finish.

Minas Gerais is a light roast single-origin with an easy drinkability, particularly suitable for pour-overs and presses.

This particular Brazilian coffee is grown in the Cerrado region of Brazil. High temperatures, rich mineralized soil and consistent rainy seasons make Brazil a prime location for pristine coffee crops.

Ingredients: 100% Arabica coffee. OU Kosher certified. Produced in an SQF-certified, renewable energy-powered facility.

At Fresh Roasted Coffee, we're pioneering the future of coffee. Our advanced, eco-friendly roasters unlock superior flavor in every bean while consuming less fuel and producing fewer emissions. As of 2024, we've taken our commitment a step further. The launch of our new solar array positions us as one of the cleanest commercial roasters in the nation, proving that the most delicious coffee can also be the most sustainable.

Light Roast with Flavor

"I recently switched to Fresh Roasted Coffee after seeing it mentioned on Amazon and was looking for a light roasted coffee bean to grind for less than $10lb. This product has brighter ,fruitier flavor, Light roasts also have a shorter roasting time that enhances the flavor. the flavor is really good!"

Another winner. I generally prefer

"Another winner. I generally prefer Indo and Africa to more traditional beans from South/Central America, but the beans look a little like peaberry and the chocolate flavor and sweet finish make this a new fave from the region."

Quality for Price

"You will be hard-pressed to find a better tasting cup of coffee at this price point. We like a quality cup of coffee in the morning but don’t have an excessive budget. This is a perfect solution for us."

Wes R. (5/5)

Small but mighty

"I’m always in search of a good light roast, and this was in the top three of eight that I sampled. Don’t be fooled by the small beans, they pack a mighty punch! But the coffee is also very smooth, always a top criterion in my sampling."

Craig C. (5/5)

One of my favorites from FRC

"I've purchased several times and this one remains delicious. I pull espresso shots with this on my Breville Dual Boiler + Timemore 064S grinder and have lovely results."

Luke W. (5/5)

Surprisingly Underwhelming Coffee from FRC

"A bland, light roast with very thin body and blah flavor. Truthfully I was expecting more from this one, it's a very rare occasion to get a coffee from FRC that's this underwhelming. Only way I somewhat enjoy this one is when I make turkish style coffee with it. And even then, it's quite bland and muddled. I am surprised. Almost done with the 5 pound bag I bought, and won't be buying this one again."
