"I purchased a couple of these mugs using my Fresh Points and am so glad that I did. The light-weight, insulated glass lives up to its billing and is very comfortable to hold and is more enjoyable to drink from compared to any ceramic mug I've ever used. The only "downside" is that it doesn't make a good hand warmer when I need one."

"This is my new favorite mug. The double walled glass really insulates keeping my morning coffee hot. I also finds it holds a good amount and I like its overall shape and aesthetics filled with coffee. It is much lighter than I expected. It is supposed to be dishwasher safe - upper rack although I have been hand washing mine and is also microwave safe which I have done which is a plus."
"Since I have epilepsy, I have to be very careful about coffee, tea etc. Other brands of coffee don't cut it. I taste the chemicals used to decaffeinate the coffee. They've actually made me sick! When I found Fresh Roasted Coffee, and their water processed decaffeinated coffee it's like I no longer have to be depressed because of my disability making me feel like I'm so different. I REALLY APPRECIATE FRC!"
"I used my points to order this mug and love it ! Not your standard mug. This one is a double wall mug, meaning the cup holding your coffee has an air gap between it and the outside. This air gap insulates the coffee chamber from the outside of the mug and keeps the coffee hot. Beside the insulation properties, being clear glass gives a neat look to the coffee, as it appears "suspended " ! The mug is very lightweight, as the glass is very thin, so it is extremely fragile, but a perfect way to enjoy every sip !"
