The Andes Mountains create one of the largest and most treacherous mountain ranges in the world. With unthinkable elevations, volcanic activity and glacial peaks, these mountains have lured only the bravest climbers into doing the impossible...scaling them. Many mountain natives believe that certain gods and fabled beings spur the wrath of these various peaks, causing very few to even chance the climb. Here at Fresh Roasted Coffee, not even the most frightening mountain myths could keep us away. Some of the most sought after coffee in the world comes from these regions, so there was no turning back. Through the smoke and mist, our team ascended these legendary mountains stopping only to drink the native coffee and battle a fire god or two. Elevation sickness turned into elevation quickness, with caffeine on our side we conquered the mountains in record time and even had a chance to bag some beans. In the blinding sun of an Andes mountain morning, what would have normally been a troubling fog was lifted and our team found just what they had been seeking - another reason to love coffee.

"I've been happy with the Fog Kicker Blend. It has some nice fruit notes that come through without being overpowering, and the acidity is mild enough that it doesn't leave that bitter or sharp aftertaste some coffees do. Nothing about it feels extreme in any direction — it's just a solid, well-balanced cup that's easy to drink. If you tend to find light roast coffees too acidic but still want something with actual flavor to it, this one's worth trying."

The coffee smells fantastic and for those who like a mild/low acidic blend, I would recommend they try this one. For those who like more complex, bolder, or more of a kick in their morning cup, I would recommend other blends like Tiger Nebula, Drago, or one of my favorites from FRC, White Knight."
