Just as Sangallo’s buildings were celebrated for their perfect proportions and classical beauty, our Sangallo Blend is engineered for flawless balance. It is a medium-dark roast designed to be the foundational cornerstone of your morning ritual.

This blend is defined by its architectural structure: a sturdy, bold body supported by layers of silky, nut-toned sweetness. Indulgent notes of milk chocolate and creamy almond butter create a smooth, approachable palate. A sophisticated hint of marzipan lingers on the tongue, complemented by a sweet, thick, super crema that is the hallmark of a beautifully roasted espresso. This blend was born to be paired with steamed milk. Its chocolatey profile cuts through for a rich, dessert-like cappuccino or latte. By transitioning from the brightness of a medium roast to the depth of a dark roast, we’ve engineered a "High Renaissance" level of smoothness.

Super fresh medium roast - Massive Crema!

"Great espresso roast aiming towards Italian style. Brews in my espresso machine with more than 50% crema by volume. I brew with a 22g triple portafilter basket, and at 70 ml in the cup it only weighs ~50g. Fine taste though, just surprising crema content."
