"I like to throw in a chunk of frozen fresh coconut and experiment with different boozes, my favorites, my barrel, aged rum when I roast it makes my house smell like freshly baked chocolate chip cookies some whiskeys bring out the floral notes, some wines bring out the chocolate notes. My homemade vanilla always gives it an excellent taste, and smell too when roastingIt’s fun. to experiment and see what you get."

"Bear in mind for anyone reading this review that these are green, unroasted coffee beans so you'll need to roast them first. My first photo shows the difference between unroasted and roasted coffee beans. That being said, what a delight! I love the variety in this package of coffees. I'm a fairly new home roaster, and I love how different coffees taste based on their countries of origin. My roasts have been coming out great and it's fun to roast different kinds to experience different flavor profiles. I've enjoyed this variety sampler a lot and will definitely order again!"
