"This crop is surprisingly great. It's not good, it's great, hands down. It has a significantly balanced flavor. Not chaotic, maybe moderate acidity. I've done 2 batches in roasting, medium roast and a bit darker medium roast. Although in a way medium roast gives you a smoother experience, that might be too light for most. At medium dark, well, I just like the jolt, a full bodied experience, and without bitterness. . ."
