"My first time having this type of green tea and I was underwhelmed. It's not bad but it's mostly just like drinking the smell of toasted rice. Mild to the point of not being there. Perhaps for those with more subtle taste buds than mine it's the cat's meow but I like something with a little more catnip."

This brands genmaicha’s flavor is the perfect mixture of toasty and hearty and much better than some even more expensive genmaicha blends i have had, the rice is much stronger than the green tea in this company’s blend but personally i find it very enjoyable! Even the smell right out of the cup is enjoyable and very toasty"
