The roast level seems to be on the light side of medium, which I find to be perfect for these beans. I purchased the Organic Haitian Blue Drip Grind 2lb bag. I am not a coffee snob, but I do know a fantastic cup of coffee when I taste it. This checks all of my boxes. Listen, don’t scream at me for saying that we really loved the ground coffee and I already know how good freshly ground coffee tastes, I can honestly say this definitely feels like a match made in heaven. I’m not going tell you my age, but I grew up with Maxwell House or Folger’s Coffee:)) Then came Freeze dried coffee, so I am feeling very happy with my decision to buy the Organic Haitian Blue drip grind coffee. As a matter of fact, I have it on subscription. We love it!!!"
