"This tea is smooth, with a very nice chocolate flavor. What I really like is there is no bitter taste, but rather smooth and harmonious. I have had four different brands of chocolate tea, and this is at the top. On my 0 to 10 rating scale, I rate this tea as a 9.6, with very few of my ratings of any tea being above this level."

"Fresh Roasted Coffee, in general and I keep a detailed ratings sheet, provides some of the best tea available. I found the Lover's cup to be highly rated, with my rating of 9.6 out of 10. What I like about it is, the smooth taste, the delicious but not overpowering chocolate flavor, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. I was looking for a chocolate flavored tea that would compete favorably with another brand (Ad..) and this does a good job of it."

Lover's cup, but I drank both cups

"I saw "chocolate" so had to try this. I'm surprised it doesn't have more ratings. The black tea is accentuated with a very light fruitiness and a hint of chocolate. Personally, the chocolate could be a little more forward. I made the first cup using a rounded teaspoon with three minutes of steep. Could probably use a little more tea to bring out more flavor. Overall, it's a pleasant addition to what has become "the tea cupboard." Would I order this again? Yes, definitely. For people who like their tea a little less robust, you will enjoy this."

Are the chocolate chips semi-sweet? Dark? Do they contain milk or butter? Thanks for the info.
The chocolate chips are milk chocolate but do not contain dairy. The do contain soy, however.
