Best Peruvian outside of visiting Peru.
"This is the best Peruvian coffee I've had. I've tried every brand and every combination of "single origin" or "Peruvian blend" and this is the best. I primarily use my beans for espresso and while I can make a decent cup with store bought coffee, this brand of Peruvian pulls a smooth and aromatic shot. When you get the bag you can truly smell the freshness as though it was roasted yesterday and the beans are dry and fragrant as opposed to store bought oily and stale beans. I prefer regular caffeine, but I imagine the decaf would be equally as good."

- Did the bags change? I just got my order and it says PERU on the bag, not PERUVIAN. I do hope it's the same exact coffee. I do not care for my coffee being changed as I'm still trying to get over the loss of the best coffee ever, my Organic Dark Brazil Nossa Senhora De Fatima. Currently going between the Honduran and Peruvian now.... Such a tease to see it featured on this page with the Peruvian and I can't even order it anymore.

- What is the timeline between roasting and shipment ?
- Hello John, We make every effort to roast pack and ship whole bean coffee orders within 24 hours. Orders placed before 2 PM EST usually ship the next day and after 2 PM will be roasted the following day and shipped the day after that. Orders place after 2 PM on Thursday will be roasted Sunday and shipped Monday in most cases. We do ask for a 1-2 day processing time on all orders. Team FRC
