Our Tiger Nebula coffee blend has a wonderful floral aroma with a mild body. This unique single origin blend is caramel-y and spicy with hints of chocolate and citrus. Tiger Nebula makes a wonderful espresso with its deep crema and clean body.
You're staring into your hot, dark cup of Tiger Nebula, Fresh Roasted Coffee's mysteriously named espresso blend. You take your coffee with cream and after just a splash the blend in your cup transforms into another universe - the swirls of cream against the rich blackness of the steaming cup look like something, but you can't quite place it. What in the world could it be? Fresh Roasted Coffee found the answer - it isn't anything of this world. This espresso roast reflects the lighter, more fanciful Nebulae in deep space. Emission Nebulae are known for their intense heat, outrageous orange and red colors and pure radiance. Tiger Nebula, a lighter, brighter roast, is so good we know there's nothing in the Milky Way like it, or in the other countless galaxies for that matter.

"I normally gravitate toward darker roast, but decided to give Tiger a chance. I am well pleased with this coffee which brings in a touch for floral and citrus while still remaining bold enough to stand up to milk based drinks or americanos. It's a good "gateway" roast to lighter styles for a dark roast lover."

"My wife likes the French Roast blend and I like it as well but I wanted to add some zip and flavor notes. When I read the profile on Tiger Nebula I thought it would make a great adjunct to the FR. 5 parts FR and 3 parts TN and you have a great cup of coffee. The medium roast beans do not diminish the strength desired from the dark roast FR, but enhances the cup with orange peel and layers of flavor not achieved by the FR alone."

"Tiger Nebula is a coffee you can drink anytime of day. It is smooth and a bit floral with chocolate and some citrus. It’s a great medium roast with a hint of caramel. One of my faves!"

"Wow! Just WOW! FRC were out of our usual Papua and it wasn't clear when it would be back in stock, so we bought a few other options to find a solid replacement. Tiger Nebula turned out to be so awesome that once Papua was back in stock we hesitated between the two for our restocking solution. We usually buy bulk, the 30 pounds option, so it was a hard choice to make. Honestly, don't hesitate, try the Tiger Nebula! You won't be disappointed. It's perfectly balanced, full and round in mouth, no acidity whatsoever. I usually have troubles feeling particular notes in any coffee, and I had reservations, because the description mentions citrus notes and it usually means higher acidity, which I really dislike in a coffee, but with Tiger Nebula whether you feel the caramel-y and spicy notes with hints of chocolate and citrus or not, you get an excellent, high quality and absolutely delightful coffee."
